The fundamental design feature of the Dozer is versatility. At 90mm underfoot, the Dozer is built to handle every variety of snow conditions (except the epic Alaska heli-trip you’ve been dreaming of) and still has a high-performance feel with easy turn initiation, agile responsiveness, and bomber edge hold. Scott designers gave the Dozer the edge hold of a world cup race ski by using the strong and energetic SSCL Triax construction for the core, consisting of a wood core laminated with fiberglass and full sidewalls. The Dozer has a nearly symmetrical sidecut that is legit for stomping almost any switch landing, plus with Scott’s Progressive 3D Sidecut you don’t sacrifice any responsiveness or carving ability. Best of all, on a pow day The Dozer’s Twin Tip Rocker technology keeps you floating and smearing, with a playful 30mm tip and 20mm tail.
