Free Shipping
For orders over $100, shipping within the lower 48 USA States is FREE. Just be sure to select the Free Economy Shipping option during checkout.
Local Pickup
If you're in the Utah area, or coming to visit, you are more than welcome to pick your order up from our Salt Lake City warehouse or retail store at Park City Mountain Resort. Give us a call and we can set up a custom Free local pickup option for you.
Ship to a PO Box or APO
We happily ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses. However, shipping to these addresses can add to the transit time and requires UPS to pass the package off to the United States Post Office (sometimes up to 4-8 weeks). Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times and tracking number may not be provided. If you rent a PO Box from a third party, please provide the street address and box #; we can ship it fast via UPS.
Canadian Shipping
We love Canada! Shipping to Canada is faster and more affordable than ever before. To estimate shipping costs, place items in your shopping cart and enter your zip code in the Shipping Calculator (all purchases and shipping quotes are in US Dollars). If it all looks good, place your order and we'll send them right out. Keep in mind, packages may be held in customs at the border for a few days for extra inspection. Shipments to Canada may be subject to tariffs, duties, value added tax (VAT), etc; it is your responsibility to pay such fees upon delivery. Remember, if you refuse a package that has been received by customs because you will not pay the tariffs or taxes, we will refund you the cost of the product less all the associated shipping fees (original + return) and 10% service charge.
Internation Shipping
We Ship Worldwide! To estimate shipping costs, place items in your shopping cart and enter your country code or zip code in the Shipping Calculator. Our default shipping method is UPS; we may be able to offer cheaper shipping options to your country via USPS (contact us for a custom shipping quote). All purchases and shipping quotes are in US Dollars. Shipments outside the U.S. may be subject to tariffs, duties, value added tax (VAT), etc; it is your responsibility to pay these fees upon delivery. Be aware that if you refuse a package that has been received by customs because you will not pay the tariffs or taxes, we will refund you the cost of the product less all the associated shipping fees (original + return) and 10% service charge. Shipping Times
We want you to get your new gear as fast as possible. Need it fast? Select UPS Next-Day, 2-Day, or 3-Day Delivery . If you place your order 5pm Eastern Standard Time on a Monday through Friday, and you use UPS 1, 2, or 3 Day Delivery, your item will ship out the same day as long as it is in stock. Standard Shipping takes 5-7 business days; while Economy and Free Shipping takes around 7-14 business days. While Economy Shipping is nice on the wallet, if you really can’t wait to rip open your package of shiny new gear, you might want to opt for faster shipping.
